Welcome to 1576 Milton Road, Located only 12 minutes from downtown Napa by car, in the famous Carneros wine growing region.  Our 135 home community is nestled between protected wetlands and the Napa River, surrounded by vineyards and nearby mountains. 

Take a deep breath of our clean air and enjoy nature’s gift of silence.  Let your eyes feast on flocks of wild geese, swans and pelicans that populate the ponds surrounding this area as they travel the north American Flyway.

The River provides great fishing and boating activities.  Head your boat north to Napa for lunch or south to the San Francisco Bay.  There are plenty of country roads through out Carneros for biking, running enthusiasts and hikers.

Lounge on the spacious river side deck and enjoy the miriad of boats as they go by.  In the evenings, enjoy the private deck overlooking the wetlands, sipping Napa wine and watching spectacular, everchanging skies at sunset. 

The cedar home is a perfect vacation home or a spectacular place to retire.  20’ ceilings provide the sense of space, with a wall of glass doors and windows perfect for entertaining.  Yet there is an intimacy sitting in front of the fireplace in the great room.
